Our Purpose
Our Vision + Legacy
Rooted in compassion, collective well-being, and respect for all, HHCC builds an empowered leadership foundation within the Chinese and immigrant communities. This commitment to cultural strength enables us to effectively expand our capacity to serve all diverse populations across the entire Puget Sound region.
We envision a future Puget Sound where connection replaces isolation, where understanding bridges cultures, and where neighbors uplift one another. We are committed to fostering a vibrant community defined by shared belonging and lasting collective care.
Our work is propelled by resilience and profound reflection. We honor the lessons of our history, including the 1885 Tacoma Method, by choosing a path defined not by pain, but by active, inclusive leadership. This legacy fuels our resolve to advocate for, and serve, all communities today.
